Inspection and Estimates are always free. Multiple forms of testing occur to insure the most accurate estimates at the time of inspection. This includes play testing and a series of visual tests to identify dents, broken solder joints, proper venting, cracks, etc. Written estimates will be matched and, in most cases, a better price is offered for the same services rendered.

Prices range anywhere from $20-$250 for the most common playing condition jobs. Prices range $250+ for replacement of majority to all consumable materials and full disassembly/cleanings. Multiple options are always offered, as well as an explanation of services to accommodate the client’s needs.

As musicians, we have concerts, auditions, gigs, etc. that can make being without our instruments for any period of time very difficult. Repair timelines for most playing condition jobs can range anywhere from 1 hour to 1 week depending on the condition of the instrument. Wait times may be longer if specific parts need to be ordered from a dealer. Orders with multiple instruments can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on their condition and request of services. Accommodating timelines is a priority and the most accurate timeline is determined during inspection.

It is preferred that the musician is present during pickup to play test the instrument before it leaves the shop.
